My first caciotta


So after trying the Pan di Stelle recipe I had to put myself at stake with some cheese.

This is my first home made caciotta (from an idea and a recipe of our friend Marcelo), now I have to wait 20 days of seasoning and taste it... let you know ;)

The caciotta is almost finished now and it was veeery good :D
